I like the size of the cup and the rapid delivery to my home. One cup was chipped, but two (2) "spares" were sent, so that is alright. I was a little disappointed in the size of the graphics. I was in a hurry to get this made and didn't take time to contact the manufacturer to make sure of the size and placement of the graphics.
