The quality of this is terrible. I received the plain black one in a vacuum sealed pouch, and it has permanent folds and a weird velvet texture and is generally just thin and flimsy and too small to be of any use. The asking price for a personalized rug seems suspiciously low, and you would do well to avoid this. Any business proud of its reputation would be ashamed to display this.
