This lunchbox is a good size. Small enough to fit in a backpack easily but big enough to hold a reasonable amount of food for lunch for a child to take to school or an adult to take to work. It zips closed and it has a zip up pocket on the outside and the inside to put things like utensils or a napkin. There’s a short handle, but it’s not long enough to go over your shoulder. There is a mesh drink bottle holder on the outside with elastic at the top, but it’s not quite big enough. It’s a very tight squeeze with a typical child’s water bottle and it is too short for an adult insulated metal bottle. See pictures. I took one point off because I felt the drink holder was too small. It is lightly insulated, but in a hot climate, you would need to put a reusable freezer pack inside with your food to keep everything fresh. If you have kids who take a lunch to school, you have likely dealt with lost lunchboxes and/or lunchboxes that get completely icky with forgotten food. Having a teenager in my household, I got tired of buying replacement lunchboxes and cleaning out smushed bananas. This lunchbox has been a great solution. It's a good value (less than $9 at the time of this review) and has a lot of key features. I really like the clasp on the handle that allows you to clip the bag to a backpack. It also has several zipper pouches as well as an exterior mesh pocket for a waterbottle. It does have a waterproof liner although not as much insulation as you might find in a more premium lunchbox. Although this item is customizable, I just ordered the plain black version. However, if you're looking for an inexpensive lunch carrier that gets the job done but won't break the bank, this is a great option! Read more
