It’s carpet! Or at least very close to a low profile rug carpet texture. It’s comfortable and cute for sure my favorite case of all HOWEVER sadly my medical field friends ruined it for me and told me how unsanitary it is to have a fabric material as a case as it harbors germs and mildew easily. Since then I have been washing it with laundry soap and warm water and the water does wash out dirty. But I like it so much that I will continue to do this high maintenance for the time being. I have vacuumed it but still it’s better to do a true wash, squeeze excess water. Squeeze ins. Towel and air dry or blow dry.
