My almost 2yrs old daughter love pressing our microwave so I figured that I should buy her a microwave toy. And I found these beautiful set from cutestone. They are perfect for my daughter little hands. The material, sizes of the veggies and pots are not a choking hazard and very well made. My daughter loves it very much. She is most entertained on the veggies, burger and fruits because you can cut them in half. They have velcro in it and she’s having fun cutting them into pieces. The microwave is also awesome as it has light on it and she is very well entertained w/ the sounds it make and how it works. This is a perfect gift for toddler that loves pretend play. Safe as they don’t have small pieces that can be a choking hazard. And for the prize this is such a win win. I also would like to highlight how amazing the customer service of cutestone. I encounter some problems on some of the items but you don’t have to worry about it because all you have to do is reach to CS team and no question ask they’ll help you in the best way you can possibly imagine. I am absolutely impressed on their customer service. I will definitely keep buying Cutestone products not just because they are good but the customer service is something that you can admire. And for this I give 5 stars!!! Read more

This cute little microwave is supposed to be designed for little kids. However, it's a bit quirky. The door must be closed tightly and perfectly or it won't work. The buttons each have pre-programmed timers that are too long (some over a minute) for little kids. They don't have the patience to wait. I would reduce all the timers by 20 seconds at least. That said, my grandkids love it and fought over the first one I bought. I was then instructed by my 3 year old grandson to get another. So I did. Unfortunately, the second seems to have an issue with the "beep" sound. It is fuzzy, like the speaker is bad. No way can I return it. We must have 2 of them in the house at all times. However, now they fight over the one that beeps properly and doesn't make a weird fuzzy beep. The loser has to play with the defective one. The food and dishes that came with it seem to be of good quality. The grandkids are having fun with it. They "microwave" everything from play food to dinosaurs to toy cars. I don't regret this purchase. 5 Stars because the seller is attentive, cares about their customers, and tries to make things right when something is wrong. Much appreciated. Read more

The best player. It has working buttons and a rotating plate inside the microwave. Very cute, durable, and no small pieces that can be choked on. It is my 10 month old's favorite toy he recieved for Christmas. He would rather play with the toy than the box which is hard to find in his age group. Read more

My daughter will be 3 soon and she’s having such a blast with this toy. It requires 2 double A batteries that are not included. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the inside of the microwave actually spin around. It also lights up and has beeping noises for when to press the buttons and the timer ends. My daughter loves it. I would recommend even though it’s pricey. She’s having alot of fun cutting the food as well. Kept her busy for hours! Great pretend play. Knocked one star off though because one of the Velcro stickers fell off of a piece of toast. Also the handles for the pot slides off. I don’t know if it’s supposed to do that. Read more

My grandchildren love to pretend to cook food, so this was the perfect gift for them. The microwave spins and the timer goes off just like a real microwave. It comes with lots of different food items as well. Good value. Read more

Purchased this is in 2020 for my 3 year old daughter, It’s now 2024 and I have two more little ones aged 2 and 1, they have used this toy on and off throughout the years, it still works, I saw some reviews about battery draining and the unit completely not working after a short time. I’ve had zero issue with that, I’m not sure if there’s been a change in design since I purchased but this toy has been fine and a lot of fun for my kids. I don’t find myself changing the batteries often either. From my experience it’s a great toy and I would 100% recommend it, the added accessories are a bonus and the food that can be pretend sliced is great for teaching motor skills . Read more

I am an adult. First, the good thing, to be fair, is that this set is a lot of fun for children WHILE IT IS WORKING. However, there are both design flaw and durability issue of this product. Design flaw: This was discovered very soon after receiving the set. The microwave unit drains battery power like in no time. There is no "power switch" on the microwave unit therefore as soon as the batteries are installed, there is no way to tell if the power is actually cut off while the unit is not active. The power "seems" to be off after idling for a while because all lighting signals are off and the unit seems turning into "sleeping" mode. HOWEVER, I need to change batteries within ONE WEEK while the unit only operates for 30 SECONDS (one time operation) during that week. The rest 604K seconds during that week the unit was in IDLE mode. (at least it seemed to be because I had no way to physically switch off the power, but no signal was lit and the motor was not moving in any way.) This was not due to battery problem because this experiences repeated FOUR TIMES during the past month. Each time I used brand new standard Duracell alkaline batteries freshly out of the retail package. Durability issue (may be related to design flaw): The microwave unit stops working completely after one month. period. Finally, the overall build quality of the set is fairly good. The toy is still a good "dummy" kitchen cooking toy set without power. The ONLY failure part of this toy set is the "overall power design", and that part is a total failure. The "electronic oven" only lives electronically for a very short period of time. Disclaimer: I only tested one set. so the whole scenario might be also umbrellaed under "QA issue" if no one else is experiencing this. ] Read more
