These Cutecrop balaclava ski masks are actually quite cute; they are lighter weight than other balaclavas I own, but they are still very functional and useful. They will definitely be helpful during the big winter storm coming through, as they keep your face and neck warm on those very cold days. One of my sons already claimed the black one as soon as they arrived, so I only have two left to show! The material over the nose and mouth is different, which makes it much easier to breathe while wearing it. You can wear these a couple of different ways; you can even pull the face section down if you just want to keep your neck warm, or wear a hat over the top if it gets really cold. Since they are lightweight, you could even use them when the weather isn't quite as freezing. they fit a big head and a smaller head pretty well. These unisex balaclavas are super nice, with features others don't have. They have a chin strap that adjusts the hood so it fits around the face. This keeps the wind out and prevents the hood from falling or blowing back. Plus this helps these balaclavas truly fit universally since they can be adjusted for large or small heads--even a kid's head. Also, the face cover can be left down around the neck or flipped up to cover the face. When flipped up, there are elastic straps that can optionally be put over the ears to keep the face cover in place. The face cover stays up without the ear straps but those straps keep it closer to the face for better protection. I'm a bit confused by the hole in the back. It may be to just help the balackava breathe and let out moisture but it looks like it's intended to put a pony tail through. I have very long, thick hair but prefer to keep it in my hood as additional insulation. The material is soft and feels good against the skin. I even slept in one last night and was perfectly comfortable. These are not the thickest balaclavas I've seen but are that does not mean they are thin. They do have some good thickness to them so provide better warmth than the thin synthetic ones or the t-shirt-thin cotton bakaclavas that are usually sold to wear as helmet liners. At $16 for this set of 3, that makes each of these warm balaclavas only about $5, which is a great price. I ordered this set mainly for cold weather activities, and while they do fit adults well, the overall quality feels a bit on the cheaper side. The material is thin and does the job for light wind, but it doesn’t feel especially durable. These definitely aren’t sized for kids they’re clearly adult fit only. One of the straps actually ripped on the first day of use, which was disappointing, though the other two have been fine so far. These ski masks are made of a really soft quality fabric. They fit easily under other hoodies or coats. The mouth covering fits nicley and stays on and is breathable. There was a little extra thread in the front of the onemouth covering that needed to be cut off. The have little holes in the back in case you need to pull a ponytail through. The only draw back is they are thin. They would be great for fall or a mild winter. We are having a very cold winter this year so this by itself sometimes isnt enough. Read more

These balaclavas are super easy to put on and instantly keep your face warm. The material is very soft but still thick enough to give great wind resistance and solid face and neck protection, especially in this frigid winter weather. All three were made really well with no loose stitching, and the synching/adjustable fit is a huge plus because you can tighten it to block drafts and keep it secure. Fit is definitely universal, they are comfortable for both men and women and stretch nicely without feeling too tight, and I have sensory issues. They also look sleek and sporty, so they’re functional but still stylish. For the price, this is an amazing deal! A 3 pack for under $20 is great value for money.
