I have a permanent corner shelf about 3 1/2 feet up from my tub in each corner. I needed a unit that could adjust to fit between my tub and the permanent shelf to give me more shelving space. This unit worked nicely and looks great. I can adjust the number and height of each shelf and there are hooks to hang other items. It is stainless steel, which was a must, and sturdy. It was pretty easy to assemble and install. I am very happy with the unit. Read more

So my space measured 62-1/2". If I followed their directions and used the sections they said, it would not fit snug at all. Even with the tension part all the way out, it measured 62-1/2" You need to have the length of the pole at least 1.5 - 2" longer than you measure. I only found that out from a different brand I bought for another bathroom. So with that, I added that one short pole in and then loosened the tension rod and slid most of it in. I just adjusted so that the pole was 64 inches long. THEN worked just fine. However I have a slanted ceiling so the included end cap that would go against the ceiling was not going to stay in place no matter what. My old pole had more like rubber caps at the end. Wish I would have saved the endcaps before I thew it away. I ended up ordering those rubber cap ends that you would put on a chair leg or stepstool leg and that worked perfectly. I still used the larger cap end for the floor but the rubber smaller tip at the top. NOW it is sturdy. They shorted me one silicone strip you add to keep the baskets and washcloth bar in place. In the end, that was fine since I really don't need 4 baskets for storage. 3 is just fine. It is sturdy for now. Will have to update and see how long it takes for rust to kick in. My last pole I bought I had for 5 years before it rusted out. I didn't even know it was rusting between sections until it buckled and crumbled LOL I see several people mentioning they did not have a tension section. You should be able to see the spring if you look in the opening of section A. That black part on the end of section A.....make sure that is unscrewed out, not tightened up before you insert into D. View the example photo in step 1. I did not do that as I jumped right in LOL So I wasn't getting any tension action either. Make sure when inserting A into D, that the black end is unscrewed, then slide in the white rubber ring. Once all that is in place, THEN you twist that section to tighten into place. You would untwist it again to adjust length in or out, then twist again to tighten. Make sure you are not twisting from the top or you will mess up the spring action. You are only twisting the section between the two white rings. They are showing you that in the right photo of step 2. Holding D with one hand and twisting A between the 2 white rings. Read more

Seems flimsy out of the box but unit holds strong. We have 3 of the 4 shelves loaded and it doesn't move. Stainless steel construction means no rust and proper drainage. Only ding is the hanging basket. A bar of soap barely fits in it and can be tricky to slide in/out. Also the basket is straight while the shelf is curved so it doesn't lock in place. Read more

I moved in March, and it’s my own fault it took me this long to get it installed. Lost the box during the move and finally found it. This thing is incredibly flimsy. The pieces do not stay together so it you grab a pole it’ll come apart. I don’t have help and tried to assemble it alone. It broke apart in the middle and crashed into my bathroom tiles, cracking one. So thanks for the lackluster support don’t waste your money on this trying to get it to work. The poles swivel around and the shelves do not stay in place. Once installed, it can easily be knocked loose even after tightening. Go for SimpleHuman, I tried to save a dollar by using something as, but I’ll be going back to that. Never had one of theirs fall and break my shower tiles. Read more

I just bought this and honestly, it is such a perfect fit for our shower. We have been looking for something to help with all the shower clutter and this really does it. It was super easy to install, too...No tools required at all, which is always a win. You follow the simple directions and it is up in no time. So, if you're like me and do not want to spend hours setting stuff up, this is a dream. Aesthetically, it has this clean, minimalist look that fits perfectly with pretty much any bathroom decor. One of the best features is that the shelves and hooks are adjustable. You can really customize it to fit your products, whether it is big shampoo bottles, razors, or little soap dishes. I love that flexibility because we have some larger bottles that need extra space and this caddy gives me plenty of room to adjust for them. And the most important part? It does the job. All of my shower products are now neatly organized and easily accessible. No more knocking things over or scrambling to find my favorite body wash at the bottom of the shower. Plus, I have had it for a little while now and it’s held up really well. It has not fallen apart or shown any signs of rust, so it seems pretty sturdy and durable, which is definitely reassuring for a shower product. Since I have not had it long enough to fully test the long-term stability. But so far so good. Read more
