Received the bed quickly. Well packed shrink wrapped in a double box. Opened everything to assemble & discovered that one of the bolsters had a hole in the end allowing the foam pieces to fall out. Contacted customer service & they responded immediately. They sent a replacement for the damaged bed & communicated throughout to keep me updated. Best customer service experience in a long time! The bed is cushy & comfortable & it was easy to insert the foam pieces. The foam comes shrink wrapped but "inflates" right away once unwrapped. Good quality & the dogs like it. Read more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It looks better than a typical dog bed and my dog loves it, however, we did not find the surface to have any cooling effect. I still liked it well enough to keep it, so ordered a 40 x 60 ZAKAPAWS Chicute Cooling Blanket for Dogs - Q-MAX and attached it using a sewing type punch I have. Now, it's perfect and the dog loves it. Zipper quality: appears to be fine- only unzipped once so far Support: Exactly what my 55 pound Aussie needed. Read more
