Outstanding customer service
Received the bed quickly. Well packed shrink wrapped in a double box. Opened everything to assemble & discovered that one of the bolsters had a hole in the end allowing the foam pieces to fall out. Contacted customer service & they responded immediately. They sent a replacement for the damaged bed & communicated throughout to keep me updated. Best customer service experience in a long time! The bed is cushy & comfortable & it was easy to insert the foam pieces. The foam comes shrink wrapped but "inflates" right away once unwrapped. Good quality & the dogs like it. Read more

Excellent quality! Great bed for my 87 lb Basset hound . This bed is even nicer than expected. He loves to lay his head on the very supportive boosters . Easy to put cover on and off. The Newfoundland loves this bed
The size of this allows my Newfoundland to lie down comfortably. She was skeptical of it at first so I cuddled up on it which prompted her to come check it out. I can say it was comfortable enough for both of us to take a nap. She loves the cooling effects of this dog bed along with the sturdy but comfortable form of it. Beautiful, comfortable, but NOT cooling
Why did you pick this product vs others?: It looks better than a typical dog bed and my dog loves it, however, we did not find the surface to have any cooling effect. I still liked it well enough to keep it, so ordered a 40 x 60 ZAKAPAWS Chicute Cooling Blanket for Dogs - Q-MAX and attached it using a sewing type punch I have. Now, it's perfect and the dog loves it. Zipper quality: appears to be fine- only unzipped once so far Support: Exactly what my 55 pound Aussie needed. Read more
