I love it! So much better than a conventional mop. No squeezing, no soap, easy start, easy clean up. Uses distilled water for steam which heats up in less than 10 seconds. Steam cleans my tile floors to a nice shine. Now it’s easy to do a quick mop if something spills or the floor gets sticky! This is a great steam cleaner. I have used it on my floors, and I can't wait to use the other attachments on my bathtub and to steam clean my couch. It has sound, but it is not loud at all. The cord length was fine for what I needed. It heats up quickly. This is a good value for the price. I am glad to own it. Read more

I haven't tried the handheld part yet, but the mop function is super easy to use. I wish it was able to get the paint from my kids off of my floor, but at least they have a clean floor to play on now! It heats up SUPER fast, is light weight, and I'm very happy with it so far. Read more
