Lately I've compared three pairs of these blue blockers. My eyes seem more tired than they should be after extended online work. I'm not sure how much these (or any of them) fared for eye fatigue, but these are really comfortable on my wide face, and they don't look bad, either. Face it (no pun intended), "perfect" isn't easy without trying them on first. Most important to me besides price, is that they're spring hinged, as these are. They're tops for me! Read more

I never thought I’d be the person wearing blue light glasses, but after one too many marathon scrolling sessions that left my eyes feeling like they’d been cooked, I caved and grabbed a pair of these gradient frame beauties. The first time I put them on, I was equal parts skeptical and amused because I felt like I was stepping into some hipster alternate universe where everyone accessorizes for their screens. The gradient frame gave them this cool, slightly vintage vibe, and even though I knew they were fake lenses, they had this way of making me feel like I suddenly knew things about art galleries and indie films. Within a few hours of wearing them, I didn’t notice any fireworks, but there was this subtle relief, like my eyes were quietly thanking me for not torturing them anymore. Over time, they became a weirdly essential part of my day, I’d catch myself putting them on automatically before settling into work or a Netflix binge, like a subconscious signal to my brain that it was time to focus. They didn’t instantly fix my screen addiction, but something about wearing them made me more aware of how much time I was spending glued to a screen, which felt like a win in itself.
