** This item was received through the Vine program for no cost but requires all reviews to be accurate and honest. Ethically, I note any negatives aspects as truthfully as any positives. ** Product Name: DAERA Kang Shining Korean BB cream, 5-in-1 Self Adjusting BB Tinted Moisturizer Cream (1 Color, Neutral), Glowing Skin Natural Makeup, Buildable Coverage, Lightweight, 0.13 Fl Oz,1 Pack Use Info: Adult Woman of a Certain Age Overall Review: I was enthusiastic about getting this Korean BB Cream and give it a try. Good- This cream feels lightweight and feels easy on the skin. It does smooth in easily and blend with my fair skin tone well. It does have an initial moisturizing feeling, but it doesn't stay wet looking or feeling for long. It goes well over other skincare products and provides a bit more coverage than other BB Creams I've tried. Not-So-Good- This product size is SO SMALL. So VERY small. This tube is just over .1 oz of cream. Not even 1.5 oz. While I can see the logic in buying a small tube of BB cream for use while traveling, this very small amount might not even be enough for a weekend of travel depending on how heavily someone likes to apply their makeup. This should honestly be labeled as a "trial size" or "sample size" item. As nice as this cream felt when I tried it, I cannot justify spending $11 (at time of writing) on 0.13 oz of BB cream. Even the larger sizes are quite pricy for the amount provided. For this reason, I cannot say this is a good value for the money and I cannot really recommend this product unless splurging on facial products is not an issue for you. Bottom Lin- This cream did not do more for my skin than other BB creams, and I can use a foundation or mix a BB cream with foundation if I want more coverage than my usual BB Cream. While it did feel ok, I didn't see any additional effect from this sample size of this product. For those reasons, I can only give this item 3 stars as I don't see it being a sustainable part of a daily face care routine, especially at this price point. Read more

As others have mentioned, the size of this product is miniscule, I actually almost missed it in my delivery! This is at best, travel sized, but more of a sample size, similar to what a makeup subscription company would send out. With that being said, the product itself works well. It absorbs nicely into the skin, leaving a more dewy complexion as well as evening skin tone. I was able to use it about 3 times so far, and will likely get one more use before it's gone. It goes on smoothly and is a subtle complexion corrector with great blending with a wet makeup sponge. It covered my redness pretty well, but wasn't perfect. It doesn't feel heavy on the skin and it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. Despite the benefits of this, the price is prohibitive and there are other similar products that work nearly the same at a better price point Read more

I had high hopes for this BB cream, but ultimately found it too flawed to recommend. My primary issue is with the value: for $10, you receive a 0.13 fl oz tube, which is undeniably sample-sized. I got only two full-face applications from it. While having a sample option is fantastic, it should be marketed transparently as such, not as a standard product. On my light tan, neutral-warm skin, the "self-adjusting" shade did not work well. The texture is lightweight and provides solid, buildable medium coverage. There was no smell that I noticed. It dried down to a soft matte finish with impressive staying power, though it did settle a bit into my drier areas by afternoon. I experienced other significant drawbacks. First, the formula oxidized quickly on me, turning slightly orange and dull rather than leaving a "glowing" finish. Second, and most critically, it caused a mild reaction on my skin after two days of use. The combination of the minuscule size, oxidation issue, and my personal skin reaction makes the price hard to justify. As is, I cannot repurchase nor recommend. Read more

INITIAL THOUGHTS & SIZE CONSIDERATIONS I ordered this BB cream because I was looking for a lightweight formula with decent coverage. This tube is small (about 4 ml) so it's definitely like a travel size or mini version. This size is fine if you want to sample the formula before committing to the full size (which is about 40ml for just under 30) or if you need something compact for a small or weekend bag. COVERAGE & FORMULA QUALITY The formula is a thicker, cream consistency that blends out easily. It offers good, buildable coverage for a BB cream, effectively evening out minor redness and blemishes without feeling thick or heavy on the skin. I would start with the smallest amount to ensure you don't apply too much as a little goes a long way...especially if you only need very light coverage. It did leave my skin looking radiant and smooth as advertised. The wear is also commendable...it lasted well through a full workday without significant breakdown or fading. SHADE LIMITATION & TONE MATCH This product comes in only one shade, which is intended to be self adjusting. However, this is my main issue. As someone with a medium to medium-warm skin tone who prefers a slightly warmer base, it applied and dried too light giving me a washed out look. I waited the suggested 20 minutes, but the adjustment technology didn't work effectively enough on my skin. Even after trying to warm it up with an all over bronzer, it still looked pale on me. The single "Natural" 1 shade seems to only truly suit those with fair to light skin tones. WHO I RECOMMEND THIS FOR • People with fair or light to light-medium skin tones. • Anyone looking for a high coverage, mini/travel sized BB cream. • Those who want a hydrating, glowing finish with long lasting wear. If you have medium, medium-warm, tan, or deep skin, you should really exercise caution as the shade adjustment may not be the right match. Just my personal experience. Read more
