They fit good, and they fit kind of tight which is good because it shows all my muscle definition lol. The one thing I don’t like is even after I wash them, they kind of have a weird smell to them and I’m not sure what that is? They just never seem to smell fresh? I work nights in Berkeley, California, where it gets kind of cool, so I always wear them under my uniform. I even wear these in the summer at night because when I put them on, it’s almost as if I feel cold like The material is cold. I’m not sure what that’s all about or how to explain it. I’m 6 foot with long arms and the sleeves are pretty long so I have to actually roll them up, otherwise they stick out through my long sleeve uniform which looks silly Read more

Reviews really help! The Amazon suggested size was an XL. One reviewer said he was 6'0" 170 lbs & he got a size M. I'm also 6'0" & weight 160 lbs, so I also purchased a M. It fit perfectly! If u want a looser fit, then size up. I hope this helps! Read more
