I'm not one to order boots online but I couldn't find any I liked so I used Amazon "try before you buy" I ordered these Dan Post and I love them they fit great! The shaft of the boot is not flared out like most others and because of that they fit well under jeans if you choose to wear like that. They look and feel like I had them for years! I recently had to toss my favorite boots that were over 16 years old, these were even more comfortable. Plus they don’t look new but don’t look old if that makes sense. Love them! Read more

I like the boots. The color was not durable and was an unpleasant color. I kept the boots, polished them a very dark blackish brown. That improved them much. The SMELL!!! I left them on the porch for MONTHS. the smell was from their manufacturing process I guess. They reeked!!! I can hardly notice the smell now. And I can put them in the house now. The price was right. I think they were returned because of the SMELL!!! Read more
