I finally had to graduate from a five day pill organizer to this big, bad, mamma-jamma. I now take so many vitamins that hauling that tub out every week was a literal pain in the neck. This once a month jobby is so much more efficient and this baby holds a LOT of pills per cell! It's also helped me track whether I've been a good girl taking my vitamins at the end of the month. I like the colors ok, as they are partially see through. I can take a week out of the large holder too. Each cell opens independently also, so I'm not dumping everything on the counter or trying to dig them out with my finger. Quality is a 10+. I bought 3. For medication, vitamins, evening medication. Easy to open and close. It comes with a sturdy case to hold all units. I have arthritis in my hands, so things can be hard to open. These containers are easily opened and closed. I also drop things a lot, these stay securely shut when I dropped them.
