I originally started using this product when I was looking for something to clean my pumping bottles with that wouldn't interfere due to fragrances and residue. I am absolutely hooked on this and continue to buy it for all of our daughter's cups, bottle and dishes. It cleans thoroughly without leaving behind a nasty film or spots and even cleans dried on stains very well. You can get one thats lavender-scented, which actually smells fantastic as well, although we prefer the fragrance-free option. While on vacation with a newborn I didn't think to bring my own cleaner or buy one and ended up using dish soap our family had. I was trying to carry several things at once and held a bottle in my mouth by the nipple and spit it instantly back out. I was so disgusted with the soapy flavor and fragrance that was left behind and never considered how awful it must be for our little ones when using sensitive items like that. She had been refusing some bottles during that trip and now we know why. All of the milk I pumped had also been contaminated with the perfumed dish soap and ruined. This has been a complete life saver and the crisis has since been averted. I first bought as an impulse purchase right after my daughter was born. Boy, am I glad I did! I have used both glass and plastic bottles, and have found that the glass bottles are prone to getting a milk ring or residue. This helps clean that right out, even without the assistance of a bottle brush. I can't notice any fragrance to it, even though it gets out the sour milk smell with ease. I also like the fact that it is made from plant-based materials... So if I don't rinse the bottle out well as well as I should after a 2AM feeding, I know any potential soapy residue isn't harming my baby girl. Also, don't underestimate the helpfulness of this bottle design... The pump is extremely handy when you want to get the soap inside the bottle. This may not seem like a big deal, but it's an extra touch that really adds up the millionth time you wash something in day. Overall, it's one of those products you might not "need" but end up finding out is a big help in those early days of motherhood... And we can all use a little extra help. :) Read more

This is great stuff. The dish detergent I was using that was SLS free is no longer being made. I was thrilled to find this dish soap without SLS and some other not so good ingredients.... I have been allergic to soap since I was a baby. This has absolutely no fragrance. I tolerate it better than any soap I have ever used. It’s fantastic and gets the dishes nice and clean !!! It’s very concentrated, so I diluted it some and it’s perfect. If you are sensitive to soaps and fragrances don’t hesitate to buy this. I am so grateful that I found this. This soap is amazing! I was using Dawn for a while bc film build up and smell and then boiling bt there would still be smell in the bottle and sometimes the film would just scortch in the boil and get dry and I would have to rewash. Two pumps of this soap cleaned my pump prices and four bottles sqeaky clean with no smell!!! I was so shocked and amazed! We I'm also very happy I don't have to use the dawn anymore bc the harsh chemicals and boiling process added so much time to cleaning. If you are hesitant to buy this, DONT BE! Well if you have a baby in the house this is a must, before this soap i was using regular dish soap( terrible) yes i am a new mom and the New mom manual didnt say dont use dish soap. Well the dish soap leaves a hatsh smell after and lets not mention the chemicals i was exposing my child to . I love the Dapple bottle and dish soap for my baby bottles and baby dishes! I was using another brand, and it was leaving a film on the inside of the bottles. I tried to remove this film by steaming the bottles, but it only made it cloudy. This dish soap was recommended by a friend. I wasn't sure that anything would remove the cloudy film, but I thought I would give it a try. I soaked and scrubbed the dishes using this soap, and they look brand new! I accidentally ordered the double pack, and I am SO glad that I did! I will continue to use this soap on all of my baby's bottles and dishes, and have started to use it with my hand-wash only dishes as well. It does not have a scent, and bubbles/suds up well! This soap has made washing bottles so much easier! I pump regularly so I have my storage bottles from the day plus the baby's bottles that all need to be washed. Before, I would use Dawn and just scrub each one as much as I could but you could always still see the oily residue. After that I would have to continually rinse the bottles until all of the suds were out. Now, I can fill the sink up with hot water, one pump of soap and I just let all the bottles soak. I just lightly rinse them out and they're ready to dry. No more scrubbing and having water flying out everywhere when the brush barely squeezes through the top. The soap may cost a little more, but its worth to me to ensure that the bottles feeding my baby are clean! Read more

This soap has no scent, it is scent free. It works great for bottles and sippy cups. It gets the smell of milk out and also the milk film. I use this soap with a bottle brush cleaner and it works fantastic. I hate using dawn dishsoap on her bottles because I feel like I can still smell it in the bottles after they are cleaned and rinsed. I also love Dapple soap because it doesn’t have any harmful ingredients like other dish soaps have. It leaves my baby’s dishes nice and clean without any scent or residue. Read more
