Poor description does not explain about additional power cords for parking mode. Most of the issue is Turns off after 1-2 min and won't come back on goes to black screen and have to power cycle each time to get back on. Not safe while driving. So far this dash cam has been great. I installed it myself in a Honda Pilot, and it came with more than enough wire to reach both the front and rear windows. Installation and setup were simple, and connecting it to both my phone and my wife’s phone was problem-free. The included 64GB card holds around eight hours of one-minute clips from both cameras, which is solid for daily driving. I also picked up the hardwire kit and connected it directly to the fuse box—no issues there, and it works exactly as expected. Haven't really gotten it to work. I thought it was as simple as plugging in and opening my computer's camera (I have a desktop computer NOT a laptop). But it showed a message insisting: "please start iriun webcam". It should have been disclosed in the product listing if additional software would have been needed. What's more, in the package there's no instructions for how to set it up, there's only misc. specs about the camera itself. I tried installing the Iriun software anyway. I don't want to use the webcam on my phone. I want to have meetings on my computer! But it showed a message repeatedly when I tried to install the software: "Iriun webcam turns your phone into a wireless webcam. Use your mobiles camera in your PC or Mac. No phone available. Please make sure that: * Iriun webcam is running on your mobile phone * The phone and this PC are connected to the same Wi-Fi" All in all, this has been a hassle and this webcam does not seem friendly to non-tech people nor to luddites who do not have a phone or do not wish to be required to connect it to a phone too.
