I ordered David Archy underwear for my partner for Christmas. That was the first time I'd ever heard of the brand. I kind of wanted to steal his underwear because they looked so nice. So when the women’s version popped up, I was crazy excited to try them. Especially since I didn't even know they made women's underwear! These have got to be the most comfortable underwear I’ve ever worn. I have autism and am extremely sensitive to fabrics and textures. Waistbands that dig, seams that rub, that weird pulling right where the thigh meets the… you know. It all drives me absolutely crazy. Heck, I don't even like socks. These? They’re buttery soft and stretch without squeezing. There’s no bunching, no shifting, no pulling at the hinge of the upper thigh. They just sit where they’re supposed to and flex when they need to. It really feels like they completely disappear once they’re on. I also love the high waist. It doesn’t roll or compress. It just feels secure without being restrictive. I can't speak highly enough of these David Archy underwear and am absolutely getting another set in a month or two. At this point, I’m a full on David Archy convert. Read more
Here's what I liked about this panty set: At the price they paid, they were about $5.50 each which is a standard price for quality but not pricey lingerie. •They are full-coverage so no bunching or riding up when wearing. •They come in a color range that matches my daily wear bras. •They have flat seams so they don't leave marks on my skin •The high waist band stays put and doesn't roll down. •The rayon fabric feels soft, breathable, and so far when washing no pilling or stretching. What I didn't like: •I went off the size chart and bought size small. I'm 29W, 36H and yes they fit, but they are tight around the top of my leg, not uncomfortably so, but maybe the medium would fit better? Idk, the medium would probably be too big. It's tough being between sizes like I am. •While technically these are no show, because of the way the waist band and leg bands are sewed on, they will show through your tighter jeans/leggings/high sport kick pants. Truthfully, they are styled like men's briefs and had I realized that, I wouldn't have bought these. I'll be able to use them for casual days, yard work days etc. but I had wanted these to be no show panties and they are not that. While these do look like the product image, IRL those bands are much more obvious. Hence 4 stars instead of 5. Read more
BUY THESE! Seriously, they are awesome. I'm so picky about underwear. I like totally seamless, stretchy, soft underwear that covers my butt well and doesn't dig into my hips and cause love handles. These are EXACTLY what I was hoping to find. They are super well made with excellent stitching. The wide waistband hugs my waist and hips without compressing them. There is really good coverage in the back, which is great for girls like me who have a more than average amount of butt. They are very stretchy, yet they stay in place. Typically I have to readjust my underwear at night while I sleep because it drives me nuts if it shifts, but I didn't wake up one time wearing these because they never moved. Yet they're so soft I barely even feel like I'm wearing underwear. I cannot see these through my clothes at all. They also have a wider than average crotch area, which is especially nice when you're on your period and wearing a pad. The pad will stay super secure. I can't recommend these enough. I'm going to buy a second set. They're a little pricey, yeah, but they are worth it. I have countless underwear I've wasted money on that I found uncomfortable and they just sit in the drawer. I'd rather spend more on really great underwear which will save me money in the long run! Read more
We are big fans of David Archy bamboo underwear in this house, so naturally when I saw this full coverage “boy short” design, I couldn’t refuse to review it. I don’t typically wear this style panties, but I was very surprised how comfortable this model feels on me. Just like all David Archy bamboo rayon garments, these are buttery soft, very stretchy and gently hug your hips without digging into the skin. I really like that the bottom area between leg cutouts is wide and the trim around the leg openings is seamless. You can barely feel these are on… Moving around in these is a breeze because they are zero restricting. Wearing them while sleeping is nice too because they are thin and breathable. The level of comfort is 10 out of 10 without exaggeration (coming from an extremely sensitive gal who feels every seams and pull). The colors in the set I chose are a lovely pastel. I really look forward to wearing these! Ladies - Highly recommend! David Archy - Bravo! Thank you for another excellent garment! We really appreciate your products! Read more
