I've been using Dawn for more than 40 years and it's never disappointed. The quality is excellent. The product goes a very, very long way - unlike many other brands especially generics - making it cost effective too!!! I often do dishes by hand since it takes a long time to fill the dishwasher. I put a dab on my Dobie Scrubber and away I go - between the 2 products - dishes, pots and pans are clean as a whistle in seconds. My stainless steel sinks are clean and shiny too!!! I've used Dawn Original then Dawn Ultra for years and liked them very much. I first picked up Dawn Platinum late in 2013. I find I use much less with Platinum than regular and somewhat less than with Ultra. A little goes a loooong way. My dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs, pots and pans are all very clean with less. The latest order came with 2 non-scratch scrub sponges. These were a nice little bonus and I presume a promo to for that product. They do a good job with stuck-on stuff though they did not particularly affect my decision to buy this 3pk set. I don't use an automatic dishwasher, just the two manual ones at the end of my arms! During the winter I like to use my Slow Cooker . Anyone who is a slow cooking fan knows it can be a challenge to clean the pot or crock. Soaking a couple of hours with a few drops of Platinum loosens stubborn food considerably. As an effective soak I think Platinum exceeds my expectations based on original or Ultra. I don't like scented products. The scent of Dawn Platinum is very mild and that suits me. The only down side in my use is a small one: I think Platinum is a bit drying on my hands compared to original or Ultra. Not nearly enough difference to send me back to classic, though. Be careful when purchasing. I got this 3 bottle set. The bottles are shaped like what was a very similar set I got a couple of years ago. I made the assumption they were the same size, but no those were about 28oz each and these are 24oz each. Still by the ounce these are good value in my opinion. Just watch out for the "hidden inflation" of getting less in similar appearing packaging. Dawn Platinum is a step up over Dawn's Ultra dish washing liquid and worth a try. Especially if you have pots, pans or crocks that could benefit from soaking. I'm fully satisfied and that's why I'm giving Dawn Platinum 5 stars. Hope this helps someone. Read more

This is truly the best for multiple reasons. It works great on dishes I also use it on my dog's when they get really stinky from rolling in something. The cap is easy to open and close. It smells really nice it's not overpowering. Good sized bottles and they are filled to the top. Dawn is a thicker dish soap and bubbles really well. Other dish soaps are really thin like most of the ingredient is water. The bottles never seem to leak. Very easy to use Read more
