When I was sent home from hospital, they gave me some gauze for my wound, but I knew even then it would not be absorbent enough because it wasn't when they were using it there. And sure enough, I was correct. I started searching on Amazon to find something better & after at least 30 minutes, I found this product which looked like it would do. It just came in (in the nick of time even), and I could tell just by opening the package that I had made a wise choice. The first bandage is made up and I have all faith that I will have no problems with inconvenient gushes that cannot be contained. On the plus side, one covers the entire area I need covered.
