So far so good.

Benjamin Burlinsonβ€”October 29, 2024βœ“ Verified purchase

Been wearing every day for a couple weeks. I like them! lightweight, comfortable, and easy to put on and take off. I am finding them to be really durable too. The pictures are after a solid couple of weeks of daily use and they are holding up really well. They advertise that you can throw them in the washing machine and although I haven't needed to do that yet, I don't see why I couldn't. Amazon's AI suggested I order a 9 because they don't come in half sizes and I completely disagree. I am a 9.5 and ordered up to a 10 and they fit great. Maybe a squish too big but comfortable and no issues. I think if they were a squish too small they would be unwearable. I also do a lot of walking and haven't had a single issue. They wear well and have durable comfort. At $54.00, about average price. Solid 5 stars for me! Read more

Lightweight loafers

Derby City Dadβ€”October 25, 2024βœ“ Verified purchase

These Dearfoam loafers are really lightweight but have a good amount of cushion packed in for comfort. They're slip ons from the stand point that the 'laces' are for show only, and the mesh upper comes up to basically an elastic sock around the ankle that stretches for getting them on and helps hold the shoe firmly around the upper foot. The description calls them a 'dress shoe' but the they are definitely more of a casual look ... I paired them with jeans (my lighter color jeans, I don't like the look of the khaki shoes against my darker color jeans) and they also look good with my light colored hiking pants I wear when I want a slightly more dress casual look than jeans. The soles are quite slick initially, but once I scuffed them up walking on concrete they got better. The cushion is great, but the sizing is where I take a star off. These oxfords only come in whole sizes, and my normal size is a 10.5, so right in the middle. I flipped a coin and ordered up a half size since the description doesn't really say what the half size purchaser is supposed to do. The size 11s fit like an 11, so they're true to size ... great for someone wearing a whole size, not so great for us half sizers. The elastic knit upper with the cuff around the ankle does the job, so I don't much slippage around the heel, but I can definitely feel the size difference in the toe. So far that's not an issue - but when the elastic cuff starts to fail (as elastic tends to do over time) I anticipate the shoe will become truly too big to comfortably wear with them clopping around like clown shoes. Overall, they're a decent blend of athletic cushion for comfort with a casual dress appearance, and pair well for a truly laid back look. I wouldn't pair them with dress pants, but they definitely work with the right color jeans (again, my preference is light blue jeans with the khaki color of the shoes) or casual khaki style pants or hiking pants, especially in settings where I may be standing for long periods of time ... my lower back really appreciates the cushion in these shoes when I'm on my feet for long stretches. Really comfortable

daph07β€”July 19, 2025βœ“ Verified purchase

My son said these shoes are "like walking on clouds". Perfect fit and super comfortable. I bought another pair for my other son. Love the color which works for just about any outfit. Only one con is there is not a half size option. Read more

comfortable, but a little wide for me

Customerβ€”November 5, 2024βœ“ Verified purchase

This is a comfortable shoe and a decent value. I usually wear a 9M but I have a narrow foot. The size 9 in this shoe is a little wide. Heavy socks help keep the shoe from slipping. Read more

Wearing well

JRRβ€”March 16, 2025

No issues with sizing or quality. The shoes have been wearing as well as the color allows. No issues getting them on and off which can sometimes be a big deal with slip-ons. I'm very happy with the order and might get a second pair. Read more

Comfortable but odd looking

Laurence R. Bachmannβ€”October 30, 2024

This slip on doesn't know whether it wants to be a shoe or a sneaker and looks therefore a bit odd. A hybrid if you will. It is comfortable though and provides excellent support. If comfort and support are your criteria alone then this is a winner. just not much style. Read more

Weird fit, but not bad

Customerβ€”November 9, 2024

These shoes seem to be having an identity crisis about whether they are a slipper, a dress shoe or sneakers. They have elements of all three. The first thing I noticed was how lightweight they are. It's a lightweight foam and a knitted top portion. They wouldn't offer much in the way of water resistance in the knitted top area. It does let your feet breathe nicely though which is great for hot days. The pull on almost like a slipper and fit like one too. The toe box is narrow and the heel area is wide. I'm not sure who has feet shaped like that, but I felt like I was walking out of them despite being the right size for them. After a few days of wearing them I got used to their shape and they are fine. They look nice with shorts, but also with jeans or slacks. Are they stylish or fancy? Nope, but they are pretty comfortable. Read more
