The Debrox Ear Wax Removal Drops are truly a lifesaver! They’re incredibly effective at breaking down ear wax and leaving my ears feeling clean and clear. The microfoam action works quickly, and you can actually feel it doing its job without any discomfort. The comfort level is excellent — gentle enough for sensitive ears while still powerful enough to get real results. The ease of use is fantastic — just a few drops, wait a bit, and rinse. It’s that simple! The thickness of the formula is just right — not watery or runny, so it stays where it needs to without dripping. Cleanup afterward is effortless, and the ease of cleaning makes it perfect for regular ear maintenance. I also appreciate that it’s battery-free, meaning there’s no battery life to worry about — just pure, effective ear care in a simple bottle. Overall, the quality, effectiveness, and comfort make this a staple in my medicine cabinet. Five stars — it works exactly as promised and truly lives up to the “lifesaver” name! 👂💧 Read more

My ear had a small piercing ball stuck in it and was very clogged with earwax to the point where not only could I not get any of it out with any tool for that, but I couldn’t hear and my equilibrium was WRECKED for a few days. I didn’t know what to do and was not home so I didn’t want to go to a doctor. I looked up what I should do, this was recommended, ordered it immediately, and the problem was solved in LITERALLY FIVE MINUTES FLAT! I used maybe fifteen drops? Still have the entire rest of the bottle. If that ever for some reason happens again or anyone I know ends up with a cloggy ear, this is the stuff. No pain or discomfort, just a little fizzy sound and was a little cool feeling at first then very slightly warm. Definitely recommend. I was pretty scared to actually use it but it was a piece of cake. Read more

Product works. Be patient and follow the recommended process. It took me seven evening sessions of one or two applications over 7 consecutive evenings to clear my ear of wax. Use the bulb to flush out all the floating bits that have accumulated. At the end of the week my hearing had returned to the clogged ear and things are back to "normal". Read more

I grabbed a bottle of Debrox Ear Wax Removal Drops after realizing my ears were starting to sound like they had dial-up internet inside. I figured, “Why not? Worst case, my ears stay crunchy.” But WOW. This stuff went to work immediately. The moment it hit my ear canal, it started fizzing like a tiny Alka-Seltzer party in there—honestly kind of fun, like my ear was celebrating a birthday. After a couple sessions, I swear I could hear colors. Birds sounded like they were personally serenading me. I heard my fridge humming and thought it was a new appliance. My wife said something from across the house and I didn’t even have to yell “WHAT?!” back. Miracles. No discomfort, no mess—just pure, sparkling ear freedom. Read more

Disappointed. This item did NOT include the soft rubber bulb ear syringe. After applying the drops, you must flush the ear to remove the wax. So you need the bulb. Please specify in the product description. Thank you. Read more

I regularly have issues with my ears, where if I use a q-tip they get plugged, or if I get water in my ear it feels like it takes FOREVER to get out. I recently went and got an annual physical at the doctor for the first time (I know I'm such an irresponsible adult) and while doing her little ear flashlight thing, my doctor was like "uh do you have any ear issues" and I said "um well sometimes I feel like they get a little plugged I guess?" And she goes "yeah not surprising since I can't see your eardrums around all thay wax buildup. We can flush them out here or you can do it at home." And me being me, I said I would do it at home and promptly did not. Well, then, two days ago, I woke up and my ear was a little plugged. I decided to try to go at it with a q-tip and long story short, I was completely deaf in my left ear for approximately 8 hours. So. Much. Plugged. So a little amazon/google research later, I ended up here looking at this product. I was a little nervous because I've never had good luck with liquid things going in my ears and not making things worse, but I thought hey, it can't get any worse really. Package arrived two days later and now we are HERE. Folks. Buy it. This is like head lice treatment. If you are looking at it and thinking about it, YOU NEED IT. And this stuff. Is. Awesome. You know those ear nuggets I mentioned? Literally chunks of ear wax came out of my ear holes the SIZE OF CORN KERNELS. Where was this coming from? Why is my body making so much wax? Where was it being stored because I did NOT think ear canals were that spacious, but apparently there are some storage closets in there or something because HOLY MARY MOTHER OF GOD the ear nuggets are real. I also bought two red "ear wax aspirators", they're red, like 6 bucks on amazon or something, they worked great. But if you have the bulb nasal aspirators for babies, those are basically the same thing and will also work. I let the drops sit (I dunno how many I used, I was desperate, probably 15?) for about 10-15 minutes and plugged my ears with cotton balls to keep the juice in like the directions say. There was a delightful fizzing nouse/sensation but no instant relief. I pretty gently rinsed out my first ear with nice warm water and nothing really came out, maybe just some flakes. So I went to my left ear and after the first rinse yielded a plugged ear and no nuggets, I cranked the water up to hot and really shot that water up in there and the chunks started flying. Ended up re-rinsing the first ear the same way with excellent results. My ears feel so squeaky clean! And get this, my hair makes sounds. Like I put it up in a hair tie afterwards, and I could HEAR MY HAIR MOVING ON MY HEAD. What is that?! Seriously?! If you also did not know that moving hair creates a sound, you need to buy this product ASAP. Read more

I remember this name from years ago, and it still works great. It only took one treatment per ear, snd my husband's ears are open. This is a very good product. I highly recommend it. Read more
