I really liked the size and quality of the mirror. The mirror tilt stays in place, and does not move until you move it. That was a big plus for me, because several mirrors I purchased were returned because they had a mind of their own on tilt movement! I needed to replace an old 7x magnification mirror, but could only find the black finish in this 5x magnification, so I took a chance and purchased it. I found the 5x is perfect for my needs because it is so easy to adjust the mirror's distance from my face. I originally was interested in a lighted mirror, but found the lighting on my bathroom vanity to be bright enough for me. The plastic wall anchors were very flimsy and did not work at all. After the pilot hole was drilled, the supplied anchors collapsed or bent when I tried to insert them into the wall. Luckily I had extra anchors and screws in my toolbox that were about the same size and they worked without a problem. i deducted 1 star for poor quality anchors. So far I am very pleased with the mirror. the arms adjust easily and the structure is sturdy. I purchased the black finish, and I am hoping it holds up well. Several reviews complained of problems with corrosion after a short period of time, but so far there is no evidence of a problem.
