This was a perfect addition to my beach-themed sunroom. It’s not very large, but provides the perfect amount of illumination in a room that doesn’t require a lot of light for reading,etc. It is well made and looks more expensive than it was. I love it! Read more

This is an excellent lamp which makes an ideal addition to a nautical theme. I gave it only 4 stars because the shade it came with is incongruous, and is really too big. However, I found the PERFECT shade for this lamp on Amazon. It is the "Anchors Away Nautical Ble & White," found under search of "lampshades." It is the perfect size, and compliments the lamp to a "T." Adds to the price, of course, but well worth it. Will not disappoint. If this were the original shade, the rating would have been 5+! Totally cute lamp without being cartoonish looking. It's a great size for a side table and the shade is grown-up being Linen and all. The colors of the lamp are very soothing & not harsh at all. I really love this little lamp, it makes me smile~ It takes a standard size base for the bulb. PS- If the shade looks too long for the lamp then you have it on upside down,turn it over & it will fit perfectly..this I know from trial & error. Read more
Honestly, if I could send it back I would. Won't get into the trouble of doing that for what I payed but the top part of the lamp I believe it's too big for the bottom part. On eye level, the anchor isn't completely seen. Read more
