A blast to drive!

This an incredibly fun RC, and the price is pretty damn good. It's ready to go, out of the box, just a battery charge away from driving. I don't know if this really goes 30mph, but it definitely gets up there. I was worried that the plastic shocks would be a detriment but they're sturdy and surprised me with how well they ride. It is a bit too squirrely at the highest speed and can be hard to hold in a straight line, especially on wet asphalt/concrete or in dirt, rock, where ever. It will take time to get good at driving this, but it's a fun learning experience. I love the battery life, but I wish it came with a 2-in-1 or just 2 chargers. Instead, you're stuck charging one battery at a time with what's included. Read more

fast but not rugged.

this car is fast and control is good. took no time to set it up and we were happy with how long we could use it per battery. We had a lot of fun using it. does not like to be off pavement though. we had 1 part, front gearbox cover, break after an hour of use on the lawn. it was bumpy but nothing crazy. while it was bouncing around we noticed one of the wheels was slanted. part of the suspension is connected to this cover that broke. customer service was good and they were sending the part to me but it was coming from overseas and took two weeks to get to me. this was the wrong cover so i had to wait another two weeks to get the right part. finally using it again for a few weeks and yesterday one of the ball joint broke. I don't know if the plastic has a quality issue but it is not holding up to the stress at all. this is my first RC car so maybe this is typical but i wish the part were easier to find/buy or even have the plans the 3d print your own.
