I have an overabundance of staph aureus on my skin(body) plus folliculitis so any sore, cut, scrape, bite gets worse even though I tend to it. Now imagine, I have had this for at least 20 years, seen many, many doctors and dermatologists, tried many, many medications, pills, creams, soaps, cleansers, moisturizers, herbal stuff, etc., etc. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars and nothing worked or only helped enough to give you hope and then it stops helping - you get the picture. After 20 years of this, my body has dark scars and white scars everywhere plus open sores and I itch. So I was very hesitant to try yet another product but the reviews and price convinced me to try. Thank goodness I did!!! This soap got rid of the itch and the sores are healing. First time ever anything got rid of the itch permanently. Since I'm not itching, I'm not scratching (even unconciously) plus the sores are healing and drying up!!! Not having open sores all over my body and the ones I do have are healing up - is life changing!!! Those of you who have a similar condition know what I mean. Sores are gross, the blood gets on everything (bedsheets, clothes, etc.) and bandaids irritate my skin. It was embarrassing and when I went out, I had to wear pants and 3/4 sleeve t-shirts even on the hottest days (Florida!). Now, after 2 weeks, although I still have the scars and always will, I can wear shorts and short sleeve t-shirts. That is how quick it works! I am totally amazed! I bought it for the irritation on my face. However I have been using it as an all over bath bar. And yes I do feel cleaner. I have had this irritation on my face for about a year or so, it comes and it goes. it's not scaly or itchy its bumpy so If it forever kills this irritation than its well worth the scent and the price. So lets talk price. It only takes a few drops of essential oil, so not even close to the cost to makes this bar of soap. I believe in making a substantial profit but not a killing! Now lets talk scents. Some essential oils can smell wonderful like florals, but the medical oils that do u good are not that great smelling. But if it work ,than the scent is bearable. Less one star b/c they asked too soon for a review, I don't know if its worked on my face yet but when it does I'll come back and update. Read more
My husband has been using this soap for years! He is always working out in the year, trimming, weed whacking…always getting into something. Bathing with this soap after gets it all off before it has a chance to spread into anything. And, it is gentle on the skin. Read more
