None of the advertised features work. Everytime I leave bluetooth range it must be totally reset and repaired before the app will connect to it again. No tracking history of how to open and close it. It even only charges with the usb-c cable that it comes with and no other standard USB-c cables. I'm not even able to return it because of tariffs being charged on merchandise return to the united states. Avoid. Read more

The alarms work well — I get sound and vibration notifications, which is really helpful when I’m busy or away from my phone. The app is simple and keeps improving with updates, which shows they’re really trying to make it better. So far, I haven’t missed a dose thanks to this. The semi-transparent door allows you to view the contents without opening the door, and the magnetic contact surfaces ensure that the door stays closed when it is otherwise not actively being used. It is somewhat on the bulky side, but that means there’s plenty of room for medications and/or supplements and I believe this helps to ensure that is not easily lost or forgotten. Cool features on this device includes Bluetooth connectivity for scheduling alerts and identifying medications, USB-C port (on the rear, towards the bottom) for charging, sound and/or vibration alerts for scheduled dosing, generous space divided eight ways, and a semi-transparent door with magnetic closure. Overall, this is a tastefully designed medication and/or supplement organizer that will prove to be especially helpful for those that travel often. This would make a great gift for someone that takes medications or supplements daily and/or enjoys useful tech gadgets. I take medications daily and have always enjoyed cool tech gadgets. I own another existing smart pillbox apparatus from another manufacturer and have used it daily for approximately eight years now.
