Works for going heavy. Solid.
Been using this over a month and used 110 lbs (2 45’s and a 20 lb kettlebell) today for dips again and no issues. Also used for dip belt weighed sumo squats with 120 lb dumbbell and weighted pull-ups with 40 lb dumbbell. Very good product. I recommend making sure the chain is nearly all the way tight and fabric of the belt is tucked around you or the chain will hang up a bit on the fabric. This always fixes itself when you lift the weight up on the belt. That’s the only change I might suggest is to make the free fabric on the front about 1/2” to 1” shorter to prevent this minimal issue. This product does 100% what it promises. Recommended. Read more
Weighted pull ups and dips are now a possibility.
I advanced past bodyweight pullups and dips and was looking to continue progression. I don't like lat pulldown machines, and not every gym has this equipment. 45 pounds plates are a little big under the crotch, but a few 25s work great. I'm up to bodyweight plus 75 pounds for reps on each exercise. Read more

Comfortable and strong
I have been using this weight belt for a couple of weeks now for weighted pullups and dips. I have been using a 20 lb kettlebell consistently and once with a 50 lb KB and have had no issues. Great product for the price! Read more
