Overall, so far so good. Only one thing I'd take a half star off of the rating (noted below). But, on the plus side, very nice sized, much larger than my previous 6ish quart air fryer (different brand). I LOVE the window on the front! Really takes a lot of guesswork out of making things (i.e., cheese sticks - you can see exactly when they're perfectly melted). Also, never realized this with my first air fryer, but you're not supposed to use spray oils like Pam, as that can ruin the non-stick finish. When I read that in the manual (yes, I actually read most of it) I was a little hesitant at first, but, dang! NOTHING sticks to the inside! Melted cheese, marinade from asparagus... It all just wipes right out with a little rinse, if that. Also, though it takes a few minutes of user learning because it has a comprehensive digital display panel with all sorts of options, for someone like me that just likes to set their own temp and time, it was very intuitive enough for that. The one gripe I had (past tense) was... while inserting the tray, it's not very clear that it had to be put in a certain direction. For all intents and purposes, it seems like a perfect rectangle. BUT, it's NOT! There's nothing in the manual that says anything about it, but, there are a couple of hard to see arrows embossed on the tray, pointing to what I would think was the front. NOT! Apparently, it has to be put in with the arrows facing back. Trying otherwise - I found out the hard way - results in a bent tray (after using a little bit of "persuasion" on it). But, I was able to bend it back to proper shape, tried the arrows point back approach, and... whatdyaknow? Nice, tight, even seal. Used it over half a dozen times in the past week or so (wings, cheese sticks, fries, marinated asparagus, reheating pizza) and as mentioned, very happy so far. LOVE! Perfect size for a family of four. So easy to clean! My favorite one I’ve purchased yet. I did a lot of review shopping when I went to purchase a new air fryer and went with this one based on size and quality and so glad I did. Love the light feature to check on food instead of opening it up frequently. Light goes off after a bit too if u forget to turn it off. We use our air fryer to death and if I ever have to get another I will purchase this one again. Read more

I love the air fryer! It gets the job done in a short amount of time. I also love that it’s a see-through. However, not sure if it’s just an issue with mine but I do think the buttons need little adjustment. None of the buttons works when you click on them, but I noticed that when I press on the buttons areas (beside or above) then they start to work. WOW-VERY easy to use. SIMPLE CONTROLS. Cooks and browns evenly thus far. I’ve only had one previous air fryer, used the heck out of it and it gave way to degradation. This new one had no plastic smell as expected during first uses. Good quality, & I can tell it’s going to be easy to clean. One negative note…it does take up a bit of space on a counter. For folks who are limited on counter space, unless you have a separate space to store this-think twice about getting this one, as it is quite sizable. Read more

So Far so good. I'm actually enjoying this air fryer. The huge basket is a huge plus. Very easy to clean as well. I love all of the functions this appliance is able to do. I can't wait to bake some goodies for my baby girl and try the dehydration setting. It was time for a new unit and I'm happy I went up in size! Only things I'm having a problem with is the tray does not fit properly like it's a little too big which causes the tray to bend when placing in the basket. I will be reaching out to the vendor to see of they can send a replacement bc i don't want to scratch the inside of my basket forcing the tray to fit. Also the handle of the air fryer gets hot so be careful. I wish it came with a divider since its so big if I wanted the option to cook two different items with the touching. Read more
