Love this fryer. Works well. Cleans easily. I am being really careful with it. The insert is really flimsy made or rubber tabs and metal plate. I wash by hand every time that I use it. Books well, If you cook meat it gets really greasy. Haven't tried a turkey yet. Grill cheese comes out great and fried potatoes. Heat items well. Be careful taking the container out. I have gotten burned on the sides. Good buy for the money. Will soften and melt butter, be careful to remember to use a metal pan not plastic. Read more

Love it, but you can’t actually see through the window.

I took a star off because that “window” is useless. You will not be able to see the item cooking. Also the instruction manual is fairly useless, but fortunately it’s not hard to figure out. Is this the most solid, well made appliance I own? Nope! But I wasn’t sure how much I’d use an air fryer and didn’t want to spend a lot. With that in mind, I’m really happy with it. I haven’t done anything more complicated than adjust the time or the temperature so any extra features are wasted on me. I bought parchment liners to make cleaning easier, but it’s really not that hard to scrub the removable grate or the drawer itself. Read more
