Helps my knee pain
This tape works well in getting rid of my knee pain. It doesn't seem to stick well and tends to roll up and off my knee area. But still is worth the cost for it to help with the pain. Pain almost instantly goes away. Read more
great but left welt like marks and sticky residue
the tape works really well! i use it for chest binding as well as sports injurys. my only problem with it is that it left itchy swollen welt like marks that sometime scarred, but other than that i really love it and it does its work. Read more
Best toe tape for ballarinas !
This is my holy grail for toe tape it’s so sticky and I love how it’s stretchy and I can cut it to whatever length I need I also use this tape when I sprained my ankle and it worked great! Read more

Works great for injuries, minor sprains strains and muscle problems
Are use the tape on my wrist, after the cast was taken off from shattering it on New Year’s Day. With a plate and screws now in the wrist, it is helping to ease the pressure of the nerves that are still firing. But being an athlete, the tape can be used for many usesMy advice is to Google it and look at all the applications that could be used it works great. Easy to use but doesn’t stay on
This tape was easy to use but it just does not stay on well. I followed the instructions by cleaning the affected area, which in my case is my knee, so there’s no lotion or oil residue. I can usually only get about one day out of it. Read more

I use KT tape every day due to knee sleeves/braces being too bulky. I am a swimmer and work in a warehouse, this brand holds up really well, with all I put it through every day! price is also amazing due to how expensive KT tape is! Has nice adhesive and feels nice on the skin! Read more
