Great mat, no slipping, keeps my chair from free rolling, no odors, the right size.

In fact, it rolls too easily. I also have hardwood floors, and I did not have an office chair mat down before. The wheels are glass or hard plastic, but they still leave slight marks on the flooring. This mat arrived rolled rather than folded and I really appreciated that! While the ends still took a little while, and some heavy books on the rolled ends, to flatten out, they did flatten out, nonetheless. It took a couple of days to completely flatten out. I did not notice any odors from the chair mat. The color matched my flooring just fine. The mat is not too thick and not too thin; Goldilocks would have appreciated this office mat. The mat has stayed in place. My robot vacuum goes over it without any problems. I also like the fact that itโs made of a PVC and, and that itโs designed for hardwood floors. I like that this mat resists water, oil, and heating and itโs designed so that spills wipe away easily. Since I sometimes have pets here, I like that itโs non-toxic. It is advertised as being of a high load-bearing capacity and helps to prevent damage to hard flooring caused by office chair casters, but time will tell on this fact. Included in the ad only (nothing in the packaging with the mat) was this first-use tip: Iron the mat to remove any temporary folds from packaging. I found the size to be just right for the area I needed to cover (Size: 36in x 48in). This is not recommended for use on carpeted floors. I got this on sale, so the price was much more reasonable.
