Love how the product arrived on the day I needed it most. So far, the laptop works great; currently using the laptop as I type this message. Pretty fast, and efficient. Very happy with clean design and perfect silver I'd like to call it, and it is very light weight. I plan on using it for studying; it's my very first laptop and absolutely love it. I usually use my study books however, the moment I started using this laptop for studying, my study sessions were a lot easier and better, rather than looking at a book and worry about lighting, this laptop is perfect because the screen has what I believe is called glare protection or something? This laptop is exactly what it claims to be, with no bells or whistles. Two complaints: the laptop doesn't seem to start unless I hold the power button for *exactly* the right amount of time, not too short and not too long; also, the audio drivers are horrendous (popping noises, bad volume levels, not recognizing devices on the first try, MaxxAudioPro's stupid default settings). I was very impressed with how quickly I received my new computer - it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, but came on Friday (it was a 2-day turnaround, rather than 5). Not to myself: Do not buy from real amateurs, like "HAPPY RANGER". If you're in the business of reselling laptops, please try to be more professional. Don't claim you're selling a new laptop if: original box is broken because you have no idea how to open it properly from the back; screws are stripped because you don't have correct screw drivers; cheap WD SN530 SSD secured by a wrong screw in the wrong slot because you don't know how to use the primary SSD slot on these new models, and leave fingerprints all over the laptop... So, that's a FAIL. Find another profession. Read more

loving my new computer, the only thing complaint i have is that i can't use the fingerprint sign it. I've been able to use it once ! I love the backlit keys that was a must and the screen size is wonderful. I'm overall very happy with my purchase and if i had to purchase another laptop it would be a 3rd dell. Read more
