Two complaints: the laptop doesn't seem to start unless I hold the power button for *exactly* the right amount of time, not too short and not too long; also, the audio drivers are horrendous (popping noises, bad volume levels, not recognizing devices on the first try, MaxxAudioPro's stupid default settings). Not to myself: Do not buy from real amateurs, like "HAPPY RANGER". If you're in the business of reselling laptops, please try to be more professional. Don't claim you're selling a new laptop if: original box is broken because you have no idea how to open it properly from the back; screws are stripped because you don't have correct screw drivers; cheap WD SN530 SSD secured by a wrong screw in the wrong slot because you don't know how to use the primary SSD slot on these new models, and leave fingerprints all over the laptop...
