Power cord fits loose
Everything but the port where the power cord goes is perfect. I'm on my second power cord as the port is slightly bigger. Read more
Good, But Not Perfect
The Inspiron 16 Plus is a decent machine. The display is clear and offers nice visuals for movies and games. The 512GB SSD is ample for most of my needs. But, I did face a couple of hiccups when multitasking, which was surprising given the specs. Overall, it's a solid buy, but there's room for improvement. Read more
Defective from day one
New out of box product with non-functioning battery. Just got off the phone with Dell support after only having computer for a few days. The device would not work on just battery power. After remote assist through Dell, it was determined that there was a problem with the battery and a work order was created to have a technician come and replace the battery. Dell support was helpful and professional but I don't think I should have to be going through this just after I took it out of the box. Read more
Power died - poor quality
The Power stopped working the second day after I setup the computer. We took to Best Buy to see if they could repair and checked it out and said power is broken and Dell should be able to handle it. Setup for finger ID was very difficult. Hope we get this resolved. Next time I should buy computers from Best Buy or Costco only. Read more
Decent for the price. Touch pad is poor quality
My wife needed an emergency replacement for her laptop and buying direct from Dell was taking too long. So this laptop was perfect. Fast shipping, decent price. Good screen. Only problem is the touch pad which is not very responsive. Better with an external mouse. Read more

Non- functioning battery and non-functioning touchpad.
I bought this laptop expecting a moderately powerful laptop that i could use for for work and entertainment as i pleased. The touchpad stopped working at all within a week of arrival. the. Battery has also stopped working. Meaning i have had take off the back of the laptop and unplug the battery, hold the power button for 30 seconds or so to drain residual power, then put the back back on, then boot up the laptop. Nothing else has worked. It also gets extremely hot very quickly. Do not buy this product if you are not prepared to drain extra money buying replacement part after replacement part. Read more
