After remote assist through Dell, it was determined that there was a problem with the battery and a work order was created to have a technician come and replace the battery. The Power stopped working the second day after I setup the computer. We took to Best Buy to see if they could repair and checked it out and said power is broken and Dell should be able to handle it. Non- functioning battery and non-functioning touchpad.

I bought this laptop expecting a moderately powerful laptop that i could use for for work and entertainment as i pleased. The touchpad stopped working at all within a week of arrival. the. Battery has also stopped working. Meaning i have had take off the back of the laptop and unplug the battery, hold the power button for 30 seconds or so to drain residual power, then put the back back on, then boot up the laptop. Nothing else has worked. It also gets extremely hot very quickly. Do not buy this product if you are not prepared to drain extra money buying replacement part after replacement part. Read more
