Battery stops working, fake service tags
Batteries expanded a few months after bought. Called dell for service as they did not have any more warranty. Dell said service tags on laptops are fake and they cannot service them. Trying to get amazon to help on this one. I will update with results. Read more
Battery expands without warning and keys break
Dell E7450 Battery expands without warning and keys break even with minimal usage. The mouse stick between the keys barely works and then breaks. Extended warranty does not cover damage due to battery expanding without warning. It isn't worth any price other than free. Read more
