The media could not be loaded. It was easy to attach the stand and cables to the monitor. The colours look good and the screen is plenty bright. It is easy to twist to change the orientation and has a great viewing angle in both portrait or landscape. Works perfectly for my needs. Read more
I truly don't normally write reviews, but thought I would on this product. Very easy set up! I had to unscrew and remove the metal face plate on the stand and turn it around so that the monitor would fit horizontally on the stand and not vertically...HA! As some posts state they sent the wrong stand, but doing this fix was simplistic and now it works/fits great! I've only had this monitor for a month, with no issues and truly feel this refurbished monitor works just as good, if not better, than the top of the line monitors! Read more
Monitor and stand arrived packed in an unmarked box. Inside I found the monitor securely protected in a bubble-wrap "envelope". Cables were in a separate bubble-wrap. Stand was not wrapped, but with the monitor in such a protective bubble-wrap, the monitor was not damaged. Upon close inspection of the monitor, the screen looked like an attempt was made by the seller to clean it, but there were streaks and what looked like minor scratches. Tried using some 303 Aerospace protectant and a microfiber cloth, and was able to clean the screen and buff out the 'scratches' so it looks like new. So cosmetically, the monitor I received did fit the criteria for "excellent" condition. No dead pixels, and display is bright and clear. I needed a monitor with a DVI input, and this one fit the bill. My application put the monitor on a VESA plate attached to a desk mount, so did not try the stand to see if it would fit. Read more
Ordered monitor and received OK but upon inspection, big gash in plasma of screen. Otherwise, works OK. Immediately sent Amazon review of damage to monitor and was told I would receive reply from seller within 48mhours. That was over two weeks ago and still have not received a reply from Amazon or seller. Now 30-day replacement has past and NO solution to my request for help. First time I have ordered a renewed product and will be my last if that is the way they operate. Read more
This is a fine monitor for the price. I purchased it due to the smaller size and display port connector which I needed for our application. The presence of USB ports will be an added bonus for us. Only problem is the stand seems to have been assembled incorrectly. To correctly attach the monitor to the mounting plate would hold the monitor in the wrong orientation and it does not appear easy to remedy. We don't need it for our application, but it would be a issue to other users. Read more
