DVD player works great
The DVD player works great the problem is so many of the DVDs are no longer supported by windows because they want everything to be cloud based so vendors can charge monthly. Bill Gates continues to accumulate more wealth while knowing the making the operation of a computer almost un affordable to the average person now that your life revolves around it. Read more

Slim and Mighty
Purchase new HP desktop that did not have an internal DVD/CD unit. The Dell Slim DW316 is perfect for my use and the price was very affordable. This is not an "audiophile" drive, but it fits the needs I have perfectly. Good value for the price. Read more

Low cost but quality
I purchased this cd drive after returning a different one. The Dell is light, compact but not flimsy. The setup was easy. I popped an old cd with videos on it, and it played perfectly. I don’t need it often, so the small price for what appears to be a quality product is perfect. Read more
