I get that you’re trying to appeal as the cool European machine but maybe slide in some Queen’s English in there. I had to go look it up on YouTube but basically you dump the solution into an empty water reservoir, fill the reservoir, hold down the descale button and then turn on your frother. At this point you’ll need a container big enough to contain all the water in the reservoir as the machine will start cycling water out the frother over of about 30 minutes. After that’s done refill with new water, turn on the frother and you’ll cycle the clean water through. Verify your directions are the same but this is kind of the gist. I had to read the De’Longhi espresso machine manual to read the steps of descaling the machine. When the 30 minute process completed, and cleaned. I made myself a cup of cappuccino, I can taste the coffee better and brewing much darker. Excellent descaler for this espresso machine. It appears that one of the descaler is defective. The liquid has been leaking. Without removing the film, the package has been soaked in the liquid and has become all mushy. The shipping box and the rest of the two descaler are in good condition. Read more
