It took the plumber just a few minutes to install the set once he redid the plumbing. The pressure is good, the handle operates smoothly, and the integrated hand-held attachment works well. It took a little getting used to how it sets back into the shower head but once we got the hang of it, it was very easy. It's made of good material so if there is any issue there, I'll update for that. Otherwise, it looks excellent in our white shower and feels like a great quality addition to our bathroom. Read more

A lot of the other reviews state it has poor water flow. Let me give my take on this: When you’ve got the shower head on both the wand and the head, yes the pressure is reduced. That should be obvious. When it’s one OR the other then the water pressure is great! The massage setting on the head is almost too strong, and the regular flow from the shower head is perfect for general washing. I appreciate the performance from both the head and the wand individually - together not so much but it’s great for washing pets, so that’s a big plus. The size of the shower head is quite large, and is that way to accommodate the wand. They work together well and fit nicely. The new valve was a little bit of a pain to install into old work, ended up changing everything over to Pex in the process which worked out well. I purchased the Delta Arvo showerhead in April 2024. It wasn't installed for months later, as I had to wait for installation of the shower. It started leaking very much water. Had to hire Hiller LLC to fix it. It costs over $300.00. It was a small valve that was replaced. Took a very short amount of time. I would not advise buying this product, as it is not good quality and is worth more to repair. I paid $138.00 and change.I bought 2, which I regret! Had I known the cost to repair beforehand. I would have thrown it away and purchased a different brand. So, if the other one starts leaking, which I fear might happen, I will not have it repaired. Read more
