This chair has become my son’s favorite spot in the house! He loves sitting on it whenever he wants to watch his favorite shows or enjoy his snacks. The size is perfect for him — cozy, comfortable, and just the right height for a toddler. I tried to assemble it myself at first, but some of the parts were a bit heavy, so my husband stepped in to help. He was able to finish the assembly in less than an hour, and he mentioned that all the parts felt strong and sturdy, which gives us peace of mind knowing it’s safe for our little one. We also love that Delta offers so many cute designs to choose from! My son picked his favorite, and it looks adorable in our living room. My son, like many little boys, is OBSESSED with toy story. He's a huge fan of buzz, loves woody too, and most recently "corky" aka forty. He's 2 now and while he still tolerated the high chair, it was time for an upgrade. So I got this and he LOVES it. We put his coloring supplies in the drawer beneath the seat, and set him up to eat there when it's time to eat. He perfers to lay on his belly on the floor to color but does sit to eat a good 70% of the time which is impressive for a toddler. It's packed well though I did find a couple of small imperfections upon unpacking. Not enough to prompt an exchange/return though. Putting it together was pretty easy and quick, took me about 40 minutes, eventually enlisting my husband to tighten everything for me. I say this as someone who really enjoys building stuff, if you're not a fan of those big box store instructions, this may not be for you. However, since it's been built, the same lock nut has fallen out twice, despite both of us tightening it. It's still structurally sound, very little wiggle, but my bigger concern is my son or my other baby finding one of these nuts and eating it. It is for this reason I took off one star. I also wonder abou the little cup built into the desk. It's to hold cups, I understand, and it's removable to clean up spills, but if you've had a toddler, you probably know things don't stay in place for long. I've found that cup all over our house since building it. Ultimately, the hole in the desk is perfect for my sons cups, so it works out just fine to hold the cups. Overall, would recommend.
