I ordered this bassinet for my son and daughter in law and had amazon send it to the Philippines. They're expecting their first child. There home is small so this bassinet will be perfect. My son received it and assembled it right away. They said it will be perfect beside their bed and also has wheels to move to the living room as needed. They love the shortages shelf under it. We had a foldable name brand bassinet for our 1st one. While it did the job, I hated it coz it seemed flimsy; especially on a carpeted area, I felt that it could tip over pretty easily. So once our baby outgrew it, I got rid of it. After our 2nd one was born, I was looking for something sturdier as well as something budget friendly. I decided to go with this & I must say, I really like it. First off, it was pretty simple to put together. I also like the fact that since it has four legs, it is definitely sturdier than the one I previously owned. The best part however, is the fact that you can move it from one room to another. When I have some chores to do around the house & baby is in the bassinet & she’s fussy, I take the bassinet with me & she quietens down as long as she can see me. This item is so convenient and perfect for a little bassinet that you can use in any room! It makes taking a sleeping baby from room to room super easy! I was originally stuck between a high end, sidecar cosleeper bassinet, and something simple like this. I’m very glad I went with this option and saved some money. The materials aren’t super high-quality, and the wheels don’t work super well on carpet, but the storage is nice and the mesh gives me peace of mind. My daughter has no issues sleeping in this. Most bassinet sheets will fit the bassinet pad, which I think is fantastic. Nice, easy, and the bassinet light is wonderful during late night changes! I initially ordered a more expensive bassinet that ended up coming damaged, I looked at this one but I initially stayed away because it did not look sturdy, was I wrong. Bring that our baby will only use it for a couple months we went with this option. The bassinet is really sturdy, is kind of lose at the beginning as you are putting it together, but one you reinforce it with the bottom basket it stays solid. We like that is compact and not a huge bassinet like others, we have a house but is still compact enough to move around the hallway and rooms. Definitely great buy for the price, and as long as you put it together good, tight and following the instructions, you’ll feel safe putting your baby in there. Read more

I love this bassinet! It is the perfect size for our room and fits perfectly next to our bed. The fact that it has wheels is so awesome because I can literally put it anywhere in the house which is important because I also have a toddler that needs constant care as well. The mattress that was included is soft and just the right thickness for the age range it is made for, and it is very easy to clean up any spit up or accidents that may occur. The product itself it mostly decent especially at its price point! I haven’t had my baby yet but here’s what I can tell you! Firstly, my product came with only 2 locking wheels, so if it is important for you to have 4, beware of this. It was absolutely the worst and most complicated experience with Delta Children’s consumer services to FINALLY receive the other 2 locking wheels. The responses I did receive were obviously scripted and hard to read over a phone that is. The responses also arrived at odd times in the night which I found weird for a company based out of New Jersey. When they finally notified me that they were sending the additional pieces, I had not heard anything back from them for over a month. I eventually did reach out to Amazon for help and they had solutions for my issue right away! Had DC not just sent the other 2 pieces, 2 months later (after my first email to them) without any update, I was going to give the review 1 star based on how difficult it is to contact this company. Note: they do not have a phone number to call directly, and with my experience trying to reach out multiple times and requesting for an agent to call me directly to solve my issue, I was never called or replied to when I requested they call me! I originally sent an email asking for the 2 additional locking wheels as advertised and reported some inconsistencies in their manual with the pieces I had received. The legs were marked incorrectly and we just had to assemble it how it made sense (legs went on backwards and inverted), not according to the manual. For a baby bassinet I expected the safety precautions to be better. I had also reported some other inconsistencies in their manual and noted that the sewing is done somewhat poorly. It’s just sad to me that as the consumer I found SO many mistakes with this product and tried to notify them of the specific issues and it was not fixed. But we were able to set it up to be used safely. The quality is decent and sturdy! As mentioned the sewing is a bit off (makes the music box/light hard to attach) and not taut but not unusable. Overall, wish I could have given it 5 stars but it was such a hassle to contact customer service if you do have to reach out. I’m on the fence if I would recommend it or not! Buyer beware! Read more
