Fantastic product customer support from Delta after the sale
I installed two of these in my Master Bath for a recent remodel. Finally, no more of my wife's hair balls in my sink! (We had one sink in our bathroom for too long). The valve is well built, attractive, nicely finished, and works flawlessly. The popup drain is plastic, which isn't a big deal except that that the chrome finish on the drain cap is not durable. In the first month we have flaws in the finish for both of the popup plugs. I noticed it first in one of the sinks and contacted Delta Faucets. They are amazing for customer service. I bet I was only in their computerized answering queue for two or three minutes. They promptly sent me a replacement all metal drain assembly; not just a new plug for the drain. The new one is very high quality and all brass and chrome. Well, the other sink had the same issue so I called Delta again and in less than three minutes they ordered up a replacement assembly for me, and were very cheerly about it. I trust Delta.
