i bought a pair of these faucets as part of a bathroom upgrade that included replacing a bathroom vanity with a new cabinet, an 8 foot long granite cabinet top and a pair of basins (which the faucets service). These faucets look great in the new bathroom! I was a little unsure whether or not I would like the channel spout configuration (the trough like look where the water comes out), but I like it a lot. The faucet itself works very well. The lever on the side is easy to operate and the drain plugging mechanism works well too. A word of caution however. This faucet is NOT a short one. It is fairly tall for a bathroom sink. It works well with our layout, as we installed an 8 inch backsplash along the back of the vanity. There is also a fairly large standoff from the basin required. Check the dimensions before ordering, and again before installing (or having someone else install). If done over, I would have moved the installation point for the faucet back about another inch (further from the water basin). Beautiful faucet. It's fun to watch the water run through the little aquaduct. The control is precise: front-to-rear movement controls the hot/cold mix. Top-to-side movement controls the water volume. Maximum flow was nicely calibrated at the factory. Most faucets point down, forcing you to wash your hands inside the sink basin. This faucet allows you to wash your hands six inches above the counter, splashing water all over the counter. It took me two days to figure out why I was splashing so much. We put these in all our bathrooms in our newly built house in 2017. 2 of them have developed pinhole leaks in that time causing damage to the vanities and required them to be replaced. Lovely faucet with a quality look and feel about it. I love the silent flow of water (good for bathroom near bedroom) the water appears to flow a little less than other faucets cause it does but have a bubbler/aerator on it. Quality of the product is good. Product advertising is VERY deceptive. The term pop up typically refers to a specific and more innovative and desirable style and type of drain assembly that does not use a lever. THIS ONE IS NOT A POP UP!! IT HAS A LEVER—even though the description says “pop up assembly conveniently included….” On a positive note-this style matches a Kohler shower system perfectly and is 1/4 of the Kohler price. We redid our son's bathrooms and got this faucet from a local high-end plumbing supply place. After ordering them and having to wait 2 weeks we decided we wanted to replace the faucet in our master bath. We already had the plumber scheduled. I thought I'd see we could get it faster on the internet. Amazon came through again. Same faucet, identical to the ones we'd got elsewhere, slightly less expensive AND shipped way faster.
