The media could not be loaded. Quality faucet with great features. Love the pop up drain stopper and pull out faucet. My friend installed it for me and said it was easy, according to directions. I have hard water so it can get spots on it like anything else would but they come off easily by wiping down every once in a while with Windex or bathroom cleaner. This was well worth the price.
