I bought these for my new Labrador/German Shorthair Pointer puppy because he is an aggressive chewer. He is 8 months old and weighs about 85 pounds. I was looking for bones that lasted longer than the rawhide chew sticks because he was going through those fast. He can eat an entire rawhide bone in a few hours. I had never heard of “antler” dog chews, but I’m glad I tried them! My dog loves the Antlers and now knows the difference between these and regular rawhide bones. He recognizes the difference in packaging and comes running when it’s time for a new antler. They last several days, I would say probably 3-4 days with my dog, and don’t turn into the wet, mushy mess that regular bones turn into, and they don’t leave a mess with strange red dye (like pig ear chews) or wet leftovers from rawhide bones. I highly recommend these if you have a dog that chews on everything. These will take up his time and, at least my dog, will go back to them even after a day. So I assume that they still taste good to him even after a day of chewing. I included a picture of an antler after a day of chewing. The brown color is the marrow inside that my dog loves to chew. The only downside is the price. Over $20 for 4 antlers seems a little pricey to me so I only buy one package a month. The elk aren’t killed for these antlers. The package says they are “naturally sourced”. I guess that means that elk maybe shed antlers on their own?? I’m not sure how it works. There are no hormones, antibiotics, or preservatives in the antlers and are a product of the USA. 4 and 1/2 stars because they are pricey. Read more
Large antlers that are actually large! I'm very impressed with the Large Elk Antler 1 pound bag, I received 3 pieces, all large, plenty thick, and with sharp points smoothed off. Dogs are already enjoying them immensely! Read more
First a bit of background. We adopted a German Shepherd mix a little over a month ago - the foster family we got her from told us she loved antlers and gave us one that she had been working on. That one was pretty small so my wife went out and bought a nice large elk antler at a local pet store - it was a bit over $20 for a split antler about 8" long. After about a month, that one is roughly 4" long now, so she ate through roughly 4" in about a month. Given that one split antler was $20+ at a local store, this pack from Deluxe Naturals seemed like a deal so we decided to give it a try. Our pack had 3 antlers - one solid piece about 6" long (quite heavy!), one split piece about 8" long, and a third piece about 8" long - solid, but sort of flat. This flat piece is the one we just gave to her. The good news is she loves it (just like every antler she's had so far!), but she has already eaten about 1" of it in just a couple days. I don't know if it's just because this piece is thinner so she can make faster progress or if these antlers are somehow softer than the one we got from the local store or just the makeup of this particular piece. I'm curious if the other pieces in the Deluxe Naturals bag will last longer. Overall though, this seems to be a good product at a fair price - especially compared to what our local prices are. Assuming they last a reasonable amount of time, we would definitely buy again. Read more

These are sooooo worth the money. They are the only thing my dog can’t chew through quickly so the price is very good! She is still working on her first bag of them and always chews on them. There were four in one bag and she still is working on all four. One is halfway gone through, but the others have barely any wear. I purchased these over 5 months ago! I said to myself that if one of these could go through an entire month, then this is a great deal… they’ve lasted longer! Read more
Love this item and have ordered multiple times. Have a moderate chewer and each antler lasts quite a while, but pup is able to get to the good stuff very quickly. Hours of chewing entertainment. Fun to find where has been "buried" in the house. Read more
