Great pans make cooking a good experience
I love this pan. I think Demeyer is a wonderful company. Their hard anodized cookware is wonderful. The design is amazing. I love the bottom of the pan. Most of my older pans become ugly with time. The design of the bottom of this pan is great. I love the easy clean up, the heat distribution and the design of the handle. I would buy and entire set is available. Read more
Excellent touch of luxury and design!
It was an addition to my set. It is a little luxury for my kitchen but it is worth it.! It is excellent to fry, contain nicely the splash of cooking oil while frying. The heat is spread evenly. Clean easily. Love it! Read more

Very happy with this pan
I originally had reservations due to the inability to use olive oil on this pan. One would think that an expensive fry pan would not be this fragile. I made everyone in the house read the instructions. My husband's response was to just not use it, but he has come around and it is his favorite pan to use now. I plan on purchasing the smallest size in a few months for omelet making. Our biggest challenge is getting used to not using as much oil. Sometimes none at all, if so, just about the size of a nickel. I have had it about 2 months and I absolutely love cooking on this pan! Edit: It's been over a year and I still love it. I now have three different sizes! Read more
Beautiful, but a bit heavy
The quality is outstanding, though I was surprised that it was a bit heavy for a one-arm pick-up, but I just leave it on the stove while I am cooking and have made both fried rice dishes and pasta sauces in it. Read more
