I love this pan. I think Demeyer is a wonderful company. Their hard anodized cookware is wonderful. The design is amazing. I love the bottom of the pan. Most of my older pans become ugly with time. I originally had reservations due to the inability to use olive oil on this pan. One would think that an expensive fry pan would not be this fragile. I made everyone in the house read the instructions. My husband's response was to just not use it, but he has come around and it is his favorite pan to use now. I plan on purchasing the smallest size in a few months for omelet making. Our biggest challenge is getting used to not using as much oil. Sometimes none at all, if so, just about the size of a nickel. I have had it about 2 months and I absolutely love cooking on this pan! Edit: It's been over a year and I still love it.
