Dental Surgical Loupe 3 5X Working Distance 420mm Burgundy Sport Frame

I've owned many pairs of loupes through my time, I have given some old expensive adjustable pairs to my wife, a friend here or there, I have mostly custom fit non adjustable pairs now, three different magnifications at work, and really have no complaints from those very expensive, but necessary pieces of equipment. So when I saw these, and the price, with the decent reviews, well, I just wanted to try them, just to use for electronics soldering and such. When I got them, I opened them in front of a few colleagues, and we all tried them on with amazement at how well the vision was.....for this price. Next thing you know, they are getting the link, and likely have friends and family in mind for gifts, and possible cheap back ups. I would have to say, in a pinch, these loupes would do very well in a clinical situation with an attached light. They would more than pay for themselves in a day if your primary magnifiers had a malfunction, or got lost. Would they hold up to day in day out wear and tear, not sure, are the lenses glass or plastic? Not sure. But the clarity was shocking, and the focal length is pretty spot on for me, as well as those who tried them on. For the price I paid for these, I'm pretty impressed. Read more

These work pretty well. The focal distance was a little far but when I paired them with some 2x reading glasses I was able to get what I wanted out of them. The worst part is the clip that comes with it to attach to other glasses is a little weak. I need to modify it a bit. Read more

They look well made, priced rioght and very close to what my dentists uses. However, I still have to work at an arms length. And that introduces precision issues. I should have paid more attention to the specified focal length. I will look for another pair with a shorter focal length. Read more

Not happy after being used to using professional loops made for your eyes and face shape. I got these bc my original professional loops had to be sent in for repair. These loops did not do the job at all so I returned them. Magnification not as clear, Brightness was not the greatest, built quality was very cheap, not that comfortable and adjustment ability not that helpful. Read more
