Stripped or missing screw

The light works but the black piece on the pole that keeps it from turning came stripped or it's the wrong screw so it's hard to keep the light positioned like it's supposed to. It makes it hard to adjust the lamp higher or lower and it twists. I'm very disappointed, but I can't send it back because I need to use it for my business. Read more
